MASC members urged to participate. MASC Division IX Vice Chair Steven Ultrino, a member of the Malden School Committee and a doctoral student at NOVA Southeastern University is conducting a survey on how school board members perceptions of their roles and responsibilities relative to improving student learning, as well as the impact of mandated training and other outside factors, influence student achievement.
