This resolution, proposed by the MASC Board of Directors but which does not appear in the 2012 Delegate Manual, is reprinted in its entirety here and may be discussed at the upcoming Delegate Assembly on Friday, November 9 during the Joint Conference at the Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis.
