The National School Boards
Association hosts the School Board of Tomorrow E-mail Group,
which focuses on issues of concern to school board members as they seek
to lead districts and schools into the future. Similar to a listserv,
the SBOT E-mail Group gives participants an opportunity to exchange views,
experiences and ideas with their peers by sending e-mail messages to the
group address. The message is automatically distributed to the entire
group of participants. This can facilitate group discussion and collaboration.
It's also a great place to float new ideas and get feedback.
The list is open to school board members only. You can register by sending
an e-mail with your name, district name, state, your role in the district
and your e-mail address to Karla Schultz, the list administrator,
at kschultz@nsba.org.
