How do you tackle the leadership challenges of the school year ahead. Register for one day\, or both\, but register. You will thank yourself for the rest of the year. \nFriday\, July 12  \n(4:00-5:15pm)\n• Session 1: Collective bargaining: what you need to know to prepare for challenges\n• Session 2: Goal setting/strategic budgeting for FY 26 \nSaturday\, July 13  \n(9:00-10:15am)\n• Session 1: Rules of engagement in collective bargaining\n• Session 2: Update on Title IX \n(10:30-11:45am)\nGeneral Session: Public relations/crisis communications: what to do (and say) when you don’t know what to do (or say) \nBoth single day ($60) and two-day ($90) registrations are available.
