MASC’s 76th annual meeting was held at the Cape Cod Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis on Saturday, November 6, convening at 9:00am. A total of 100 delegates representing school districts across the state were registered and participated in the deliberations of the meeting, both in-person and via zoom conference capability.
MASC’s 75th annual meeting was held remotely on Saturday, November 7, convening at 1:00pm. A total of 143 delegates representing school districts across the state were registered and participated in the deliberations of the meeting.
Because of the extraordinary circumstance of the pandemic and upon the advice and guidance of MASC general counsel Stephen J. Finnegan, the Board of Directors has authorized the Delegate Assembly to be held by remote participation.

The MASC Nominating Committee met on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. The Report of the Nominating Committee, which includes the slate of officers proposed by the Nominating Committee is available for download.
The Annual MASC Delegate Assembly is held each year during the Annual MASC/MASS Joint Conference, at which time new MASC officers are elected and the Delegate Assembly considers resolutions submitted in conformance with the MASC By-Laws.
The following is a report on actions taken on the resolutions that were considered by the Delegate Assembly at the annual meeting in Hyannis on November 8.
