Join your school committee colleagues from across the state at this year’s MASC/MASS Joint Conference. The three information-packed days will be focused on the challenges (and uncertainties) that schools districts are facing, with an emphasis on sharing solutions to manage the changes and ensure that all students are prepared to succeed: academically, socially, and emotionally. Some revised scheduling this year, based on suggestions from attendees in the past: earlier program start time on Wednesday (10:30am); box lunch (complimentary) on Wednesday followed by an interactive General Session; expanded exhibitor hours; Thursday dinner on your own; program ends after the dinner on Friday evening.

You are responsible for making hotel accommodations. While the primary hotel has been fully booked, two additional overflow hotels have been added. A block of guest rooms has been reserved November 12-14, 2025 at the group rate of $119 plus tax for MASC/MASS Joint Conference 2025 attendees.

If your school committee has yet to appoint a delegate, please do so ASAP.
In order for your school committee to have a vote at the annual business meeting of the Massachusetts Association of School Committees, it is necessary that an official delegate be designated. An official delegate is only that delegate whose school committee has formally voted to make them so. Delegates do not need to be registered for the conference in order to attend the Delegate Assembly. The Delegate Assembly will take place on Friday, November 14th at 3:15pm (registration opens at 2pm) at The Emerald Resort (conference location) – there is no charge to attend the Delegate Assembly. The 2025 Delegate Appointee form may be found here. Submissions are due by October 20, 2025.
