The Pioneer Valley Regional School District seeks a Director of Student Services to join our high-performing Administrative Team. About our district

PVRSD is a small, cohesive, and forward-thinking district in beautiful Western Massachusetts. Nestled along the Connecticut River, and bordering both Vermont and New Hampshire, our district is at the literal crossroads of a tristate region rich with agricultural and cultural resources. Our three towns encompass pristine forested uplands, classic New England hilltop and river valley farms, and small town centers that exemplify the best of rural living. The district is in an exciting period of rejuvenation, with a focus on environmental education and hands-on learning. Last year, we published two Landscape Learning Plans about our elementary school campuses (Bernardston Elementary and Northfield Elementary).

PVRSD serves 565 students across three schools PreK-12 and has an annual budget of $18 million. In addition to students from our three member towns, the district serves students from Vernon VT and Warwick MA through tuition agreements.

Salary and benefits

The anticipated salary for this position is $120,000 – $130,000, commensurate with skills and experience; the benefits package is excellent.
